Comfortable and effective Construction
Triple layered protective cotton face mask with 100% cotton exterior and two inner layers of soft cotton to provide comfort and breathability.
Adjustable
Adjustable ear loops and an integrated metal nose piece to ensure a snug fit.
Includes a PM 2.5 Filter
The filter offers 5 layers of filtration including an activated carbon layer to act as a barrier against particles such as dust, smoke, pollution, pollen, household chemicals and odours. Filters are not reusable and should not be washed. It is recommended that the filter is replaced every 7 – 10 days.
Wash & Care Instructions
Reusable and hand/machine washable. Wash with medium-high heat. Line dry to prevent shrinking.

How long does it take?
Processing of your order will take 1-3 business days.
We use Australia Post to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our premises, Standard Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days. Express Postage usually takes up to 2 business days to be delivered once it has left our premises. Please refer to the Australia Post website for information on delays, which are currently being experienced with postage, due to COVID-19.
Refunds and returns
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
If you require a refund (due to a manufacturing fault), please email: enquiries@chips.org.au with your receipt and proof of purchase. Items will need to be returned to PO Box 291 Narre Warren VIC 3805 in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own postal costs for the return of your items. However, if your mask is confirmed to have a problem, you will be entitled to recover reasonable postage costs, so please keep your receipts. We will handle your refund request in accordance with applicable laws.
Replacement Filters
Filters are not reusable and should not be washed. It is recommended that the filter is replaced every 7-10 days. Replacement Filters are not available through CHIPS.
The manufacturer advises that CHIPS Face Masks can be worn without the filter, due to its 3-ply construction.

CHIPS Face Masks are reusable and hand/machine washable. Wash with medium-high heat. Line dry to prevent shrinking. The colour of your mask may fade with daily washing and disinfecting.
