CHIPS volunteers regularly participate in short term mission trips in developing countries. They provide free training to local indigenous workers, equipping them with skills and resources to better help their communities.

CHIPS volunteers have worked in Russia, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and Uganda. CHIPS partners with accountable, local community groups and seeks to link Victorian school children with overseas, developing schools, to expose them to world issues such as poverty, war and mortality.
